Next Steps
Depending on your circumstances we will either start one to one therapy with you or, if you want to join our group programme we will carry out an assessment to determine if you are a good fit for this group. During the assessment we'll discuss the availability, accessibility, advantages, and disadvantages of treatment options that may be available to you, including our programme. Together we'll map a way forward for you.
At this stage, if you wish, we will write to your general practitioner or family doctor. If you feel it would be helpful, we can also write to your school or college.
For some people a Psychiatric Assessment may also be advised at this point, and we will write a referral if you wish us to.
Consultations are private and confidential. This is outlined in our confidentiality policy in our client contract.
